Day one of cleanse. Lunch shake hard to get down. What did you experience for the 3 days and after?
The lunch drink was definitely the toughest one…I hear ya! If you make it through Day 1, the rest is smooth sailing. I found that I slept better, lost weight, my mind was more clear and focused. Afterwards, you really want to continue to eat as clean as possible. Stick to whole, unprocessed foods. Lots of veggies and fruit, lean protein and gluten-free grains like quinoa and brown rice. Ease back into whole foods again, start off with salads and soup, then lean protein and gluten-free grains if possible. You’re off to a great start! One down 🙂
