Keto Mint Chocolate Fudge

I’ve been seeing so many minty green posts recently in honour of St. Patrick’s Day, its inspired me to make this healthy keto mint chocolate fudge!


St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and my social media feed has turned into a mint green frenzy.  The craving for mint + chocolate was real. I needed to fix that ASAP. 

This fudge could not be easier to make.  Simply melt the ingredients, pour into a pan, then blend the icing ingredients and drizzle on top. Easy peazy and oh so festive for St. Patrick’s Day.
