St. Patrick’s Day Recipe Round-Up

Back in my heyday (do people still say that or did I just age myself a century?) I could not wait to head to a pub on March 17th and drink green beer all day long.  I have spent many St. Paddy’s days in Irish pubs all over Canada, and for the record, my favourite place to spend it is in Halifax, NS. There is a plethora of Irish pubs there. We would start at noon and stay there until midnight dancing the day/night away with friends to a live Celtic band. Oh, those were the days!

Those days may be behind me, but I still like to get festive on St. Patrick’s Day.
