Berry Citrus Sangria

Skip the pre-made sangria and whip up a batch of this fruity, fresh Berry Citrus Sangria for your next party.

With a blog called The Happy Health Freak, it seems a little contradictory if I post recipes with alcohol right?  But hear me out, studies(1) have shown that the occasional glass of red wine contains antioxidants such as resveratrol that may help prevent cardiovascular disease.  Well, if there is scientific proof you don’t have to tell me twice. Cheers to a healthy heart!Berry Citrus SangriaThis sangria is crisp and fruity and sure to be a crowd pleaser.  It’s great for parties because it only takes minutes to whip up and can easily be doubled for a large group.

So break out the patio chairs, invite some friends over and enjoy the evening sipping on a batch of this Berry Citrus Sangria.Berry Citrus Sangria
