I’m always looking for ways to sneak in more greens into my meals. Green powder in smoothies, spinach in spaghetti sauce, avocados in dessert, but instead of trying to hide the flavour I wanted to make the greens the star of the show in this healthy greens chocolate pudding.
Nuzest recently sent me their new product, Quick Vita Kick, to try out. I first blended it into a smoothie but it got lost in all the other ingredients so I didn’t get a good honest taste of it. Then I tried their recommended use and mixed it with almond milk. It was deee-lish! (the flavour I tried was Cacao Honey) Then I got to thinking about what other things I could stir this stuff into…pudding!
These greens aren’t your ordinary grass flavoured green powder. It actually tastes good even on its own. Quick Vita Kick boasts 60+ clean ingredients such as greens, fruits, vegetables and berries; plus, pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes and a full range of essential vitamins. And contains NONE of that nasty stuff or artificial flavours and it’s free of gluten, diary, eggs and soy. It’s designed to give you that extra boost of vitality when you need it most.
