Easter is coming up and I’m sure for many of you it will involve some sort of chocolate! So why not make your own healthy chocolate bunnies this year? Cut back on the processed sugar, carbs and non-healthy fats and whip up a batch of these tasty treats…

Makes 24 bunnies (12 of each flavour)
Cranberry + Orange + Cinnamon
5 oz stevia chocolate (such as Lilly’s or Krisda)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp dried cranberries, diced (no sugar added if possible!)
2-3 drops food grade orange oil or orange extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie or the microwave.
Stir in dried cranberries, orange oil and cinnamon.
Fill half (12) of the molds. Refrigerate.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie or the microwave. Fill half (12) of the molds HALF WAY. Refrigerate.
Fill molds with coconut cream, freeze for 5-10 minutes.

Remove from fridge and pop out of molds.
