I love when the yummiest snacks are made with simple ingredients that are all in your cupboard, no-bake, ready in minutes and only one bowl to clean…EZ PZ!
These power balls are a great snack before or after the gym…or anytime in between! They are low in sugar, low in carbs and packed with protein and healthy fats.
So let’s get rolling…
Makes 16 power balls
1 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1 scoop protein powder (I used this one)
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter, softened
2 Tbsp organic honey
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (I used this brand)
Pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Roll mixture into balls, place on baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.Store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated.Quick and easy Flax & Hemp Seed Power Balls.
