These power balls are a great snack before or after the gym…or anytime in between! They are low in sugar, low in carbs and packed with protein and healthy fats.

Makes 16 power balls

1 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1 scoop protein powder (I used this one)
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter, softened
2 Tbsp organic honey
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp chocolate chips (I used this brand)
Pinch of salt

    These look delicious! Do you think I can reduce the honey and omit the chocolate chips? I am trying to lower the sugars (even though super low sugar, it’s what I need to do for now).

      Definitely can omit the chocolate chips. The honey acts as a binder though so you can try to reduce it but might take some trial and error.
