Vegan Keto Fudge Pops
Serves 4

  1. 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  2. 1/2 ripe avocado (about 75g)
  3. 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  4. 10-15 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia (more or less depending on your preference)
  5. 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  1. Blend coconut milk, avocado, cacao powder and stevia until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in cacao nibs.
  3. Fill popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove from mold and enjoy!
