Low-Carb Gluten-Free Breakfast Cereal

I used to be a cereal junkie. I pretty much ate it every day because it was quick and easy and, what I thought was, healthy and nutritious. I haven’t had traditional cereals in years and every now and then I get a craving for it. I wanted to whip something up that is low-carb and gluten-free.  It’s keto friendly too with 3g of net carbs per serving.

This cereal is nutty with a hint of sweet.  It’s perfect with almond milk or add it on top of yogurt, whatever you like!Gluten-Free Low-Carb Breakfast Cereal ~ www.thehappyhealthfreak.com ~ #keto #lowcarb #glutenfree
