I have another great fat bomb recipe for you all. How cute are these little guys?! Cute and yummy! These fellas hit the spot when you are craving something sweet but are also jam-packed full of healthy, good for you fats. They have zero sugar – ZERO! So make ’em, chill ’em, eat ’em!
Makes 18 Fat Bombs
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup natural peanut butter – or make your own!
2 Tbsp organic cocoa powder
10-15 drops of alcohol-free liquid stevia
2 Tbsp chopped peanuts (about 25g)
Add coconut oil, coconut butter, peanut butter and cocoa powder to a bain-marie or double boiler and slowly melt until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in stevia and chopped nuts. Fill silicone molds and refrigerate until hardened, about 2 hours or overnight.Remove from molds and keep refrigerated in an air-tight container. These will last for weeks in the fridge and also freeze well.Nutritional Info per fat bomb
