Yields 1 1/4 cups
1 cup raw cashews, soaked for a few hours
1/2 cup salsa
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 clove of garlic
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp onion powder
Drain and rinse the cashews. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve warmed or at room temperature with your favourite nacho chips or veggies.
