Creamy Chocolate Fat Bombs

Trying to get an adequate amount of high quality of fat in your keto diet can be tricky.  I quickly realized that fat bombs are all the craze among keto-ers.  I can see why, there are so many yummy flavour combos!  The first ones I tried were these tasty bombs from Healthful Pursuit.  Then I whipped up this version at home.  The coconut milk adds a nice creaminess.  These are the perfect snack to hit your macros or grab one on the go!Creamy Chocolate Fat Bombs ~ www.thehappyhealthfreak.com #keto #highfat #lowcarb #ketosis

Hello! These look great and are just what I need at the moment: a little protein in the ol’ fatbomb. I’m wondering what size/volume molds you use? Mine are about a tablespoon. Thanks so much!

Hello 🙂 I am away from home at the moment but I think it is a bit bigger than a tablespoon…closer to 1.5 or 2 I think.
