Creamy Chocolate Fat Bombs

Trying to get an adequate amount of high quality of fat in your keto diet can be tricky.  I quickly realized that fat bombs are all the craze among keto-ers.  I can see why, there are so many yummy flavour combos!  The first ones I tried were these tasty bombs from Healthful Pursuit.  Then I whipped up this version at home.  The coconut milk adds a nice creaminess.  These are the perfect snack to hit your macros or grab one on the go!Creamy Chocolate Fat Bombs ~ #keto #highfat #lowcarb #ketosis

Creamy Chocolate Fat Bombs
Serves 15

  1. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  2. 1 scoop protein powder (1/4 cup)
  3. 2 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  4. 2 Tbsp organic cocoa powder
  5. 10-20 drop of liquid stevia
  6. Pinch of salt
  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into silicon mold and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour or over night.
  3. Pop out of mold and keep refrigerated.
  1. These are primarily made with coconut oil and will melt quickly if left out at room temperature.

    Hello! These look great and are just what I need at the moment: a little protein in the ol’ fatbomb. I’m wondering what size/volume molds you use? Mine are about a tablespoon. Thanks so much!

      Hello 🙂 I am away from home at the moment but I think it is a bit bigger than a tablespoon…closer to 1.5 or 2 I think.
