Happy Meatless Monday! I’ve walked by these little wontons in the grocery store many times but had never cooked with them . Well, today is the day! I was surprised with how easy and versatile these little wraps are. They are fabulous for making these cute taco bites.
This is the perfect veggie dinner, it is very low in fat and high in protein – yes, you can still get your protein without the meat! My carnivore husband even gave it a thumbs up! He asked what kind of meat I used and was surprised when I told him it was meatless. You just never know who you may convert 🙂
