2 frozen bananas
1/3 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 Tbsp maca powder
5-10 leaves of fresh mint (or a few drops of mint extract)
1 Tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
A few drops of liquid stevia to taste (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend on high until ice cream consistency is formed
