1/2 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
5-8 drops of liquid stevia or 1-2 dates
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Sip and enjoy!
