5 Ingredient Vegan Protein Balls

I’ve got a fabulous pre-workout snack for you that will give you all kinds of energy!  With only 5 ingredients, they are a breeze to whip up. Check ’em out…Vegan Protein Balls ~ Only 5 Ingredients!

Makes 5 servings (2 balls per serving)

1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut nectar, maple syrup, agave or honey – not vegan
1 scoop protein powder (I used Plant Fusion)
3 Tbsp ground flaxseed
2 Tbsp chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
2 Tbsp goji berries

Optional Ingredients
Roll balls in unsweetened coconut or cocoa powder
Instead of goji berries try dried blueberries, cranberries or raisins
Add chia seeds instead of faxseeds
Try adding dry oats
