What’s in my lunchbox?!

It’s Friday y’all!! Whoooooo!  It’s been a while since we’ve checked out my lunchbox so let’s take a peak…

Morning Snack: Cherries, mandarin and a handful of raw pecansWhat's in my lunchbox3 Lunch: Giant salad with quinoa, chickpeas and avocado.  I topped it with a balsamic Dijon honey dressing.  Just mix 1-2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar with 1 tsp of Dijon and 1/2 Tbsp of honey.What's in my lunchboxAfternoon Snack: Three Ginger Snap Balls from Healthful Pursuit.  These freeze really well.
