What’s in my lunchbox?!

It’s Frrriiiday! You know what that means!? Let’s see what’s inside my lunchbox….

Morning Snack: 150g of Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp red maca powder, 1 Tbsp goji berries, 10g raw walnuts, splash of almond milk and a few drops of liquid stevia. I love switching up the toppings in my Greek yogurt/protein powder mix. The combinations are endless!lunchbox1Lunch: A large salad with goat cheese, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup of black beans and 2 Tbsp of Simply Natural Organic Raspberry Vinaigrettelunchbox3This is the first bottle of salad dressing I bought in a long time. I always make my own, but I thought the ingredients looked good, so I gave it a try – definitely yummy!salad dressing.Afternoon Snack: Jamie Eason turkey muffin, snap peas and 3 Tbsp Roasted Garlic & Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus.  These turkey muffins are great!  It’s so easy to whip up a batch on the weekend, then you always have a quick protein snack to grab all week.
