What’s in my lunchbox?!

Happy Friday health freaks! It’s officially spring 🙂 I hope it’s warming up where you are. I’m in the planning stages of our very first garden.   Can’t wait to grow my own veggies…assuming that I don’t kill them and they actually grow into something edible.  Do you guys grow your own veggie garden? I may have to bug you for some tips!

OK, onto this week’s lunchbox goodies…

Morning Snack: Maca Powder Protein Bars (recipe coming soon, but very similar to this one) and a mandarinlunchbox2Lunch: Chicken salad with 4 oz chicken breast, 1 Tbsp Vegenaise, Dijon mustard, cumin, garlic powder and S&P with diced celery and green onion.  Stuffed in half an Ezekiel pita with lettuce.  Side of steamed broccoli with Mrs. Dash.lunchbox1Afternoon/Pre-Workout Snack: 1 scoop of Vanilla Plant Fusion Protein Powder with 10 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1/2 a bananalunchbox3Don’t forget to drink your water!
