  1. 1 frozen banana (about 100g)
  2. 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  3. 1 cup spinach - to get that green colour without food colouring!
  4. 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  5. Handful of fresh mint or 1-2 drops mint extract (not peppermint) - start with one drop you can add more if you like it minty
  6. 3-5 drops liquid stevia
  7. 3 ice cubes
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high!
  2. I made this so it would be quite thick. To make it a smoothie consistency you can add more almond milk or water.
Optional Ingredients
  1. 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (optional) - the McD's version is not chocatley, but who doesn't love chocolate mint?!
  2. Make it a protein shake! Add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
