1 cup + 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 cup soft medjool dates (about 8), pitted
1/4 cup of water
2 Tbsp red maca powder
1 Tbsp coconut nectar (or honey, agave, maple syrup – your choice!)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp sea salt
