maca smoothie

Serves 1

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of spinach
1 Tbsp maca powder
1/2 Tbsp  cocoa powder
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
A few ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients on high, pour, sip…ahhhh!

    Thanks for the info, will be very interesting to taste your smoothie. I heard that maca powder has very strong and dominant taste, hope it will not ruin the taste of the drink. Will share my experience after i try it, Cheers!

      It does have a strong smell but I didn’t notice it at all in the smoothie. Banana hides everything! You could also start with a teaspoon instead of tablespoon. Let me know how it goes!
