Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse Dinner Smoothie

Day 3 – Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse {VIDEO}

Well, here we are on day 3 of the Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse, that wasn’t so bad was it?!? I have to say that I am a little excited to eat FOOD! I really liked the dinner smoothie, it was a close runner up for favourite smoothie. I made a couple changes; the Dr. Oz recipe calls for cayenne pepper but after trying it in my first one I decided to leave it out, I do not like my smoothies spicy! I also added 1 teaspoon of pHresh greens.

Here is the last video for the dinner smoothie…

Don’t forget to end each day with the detox ultra bath! It is very relaxing and you’ll sleep like a baby.

epsomDetox Ultra Bath

2 1/2 cups Epsom salts
10 drops lavender essential oil

Fill the tub with hot water, add salt and lavender, and soak for 20-30 minutes. You want the water to be hot enough so you sweat and release all those toxins 🙂

Sweet dreams!!

    Hilarious, at the end, I’d watch again but I have to go to town for a washing machine part. Nothing worse than dirty undies 🙂 Love you, xo. Dad
