Well, here we are on day 3 of the Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse, that wasn’t so bad was it?!? I have to say that I am a little excited to eat FOOD! I really liked the dinner smoothie, it was a close runner up for favourite smoothie. I made a couple changes; the Dr. Oz recipe calls for cayenne pepper but after trying it in my first one I decided to leave it out, I do not like my smoothies spicy! I also added 1 teaspoon of pHresh greens.

- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- dash cayenne pepper (I left this out!)
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, for about 2 minutes.
- 328 Calories, 62g Carbs, 8g Fat, 6g Protein, 101mg Sodium, 43g Sugar
2 1/2 cups Epsom salts
10 drops lavender essential oil
Fill the tub with hot water, add salt and lavender, and soak for 20-30 minutes. You want the water to be hot enough so you sweat and release all those toxins 🙂
