Good morning you gorgeous health freaks! Are you ready to start the Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse?!?! I decided to do my very first vlog for the breakfast smoothie so you can see how EASY and DELICIOUS it is!
I will be posting more videos tomorrow for the lunch and dinner smoothie so be sure to check back for those.
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup spinach (or more!)
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp pHresh greens (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- If you do not use frozen fruit you may want to add some ice.
