Day 1 – Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse {VIDEO}

Good morning you gorgeous health freaks! Are you ready to start the Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse?!?! I decided to do my very first vlog for the breakfast smoothie so you can see how EASY and DELICIOUS it is!

I will be posting more videos tomorrow for the lunch and dinner smoothie so be sure to check back for those.

Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse Breakfat Smoothie

Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse Breakfast Smoothie
Serves 1
Write a review
  1. 1 cup raspberries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/4 cup spinach (or more!)
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  6. 1 Tbsp almond butter
  7. 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  8. 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
  9. 1 tsp pHresh greens (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. If you do not use frozen fruit you may want to add some ice.

  1. 293 Calories, 44g Carbs, 12g Fat, 7g Protein, 39mg Sodium, 19g Sugar

    Can you please tell me what protein you use? Also, is that a Vitamix blender or a Ninja?

      Right now I’m using Dymatize whey and casein protein but I will be switching to a vegan protein either Vega or SunWarrior. And it’s a Vitamix 😉 best investment ever!

    Awesome vids! I’m starting today! Do you take the vitamins as instructed, like half and half b4 and after lunch? I mean can I just take the vitamin, probitoc and omega all at once in the morning?

      Hi! No, I take them at those specific times as directed as I think it matters for better absorption 🙂 Best of luck with the cleanse and let me know how it goes!

    I found your videos yesterday and I’m very excited to try it. I have a question though, I’ve never taken probiotic supplement before.
