Guess what tomorrow is!? Duh duh duh….it’s the beginning of the 3-Day Detox Cleanse! It’s important to get your body ready for the cleanse by eating a healthy, clean meal before hand. Here’s an example of what that might look like…

Doesn’t that look delish!? No, this wasn’t my own creation, but I will be having a similar dinner (it might not look quite this fancy though!) To kick off the 3-Day Detox Cleanse you need a nutrient dense dinner of black rice or quinoa which is full of antioxidants, greens such as kale, spinach or green beans which are powerful detoxification foods, and salmon which is full of amino acids that support the body in removing toxins.

So, if you’re still coming along for the ride, try this tasty meal to kick off your cleanse tomorrow. Or just have it anyways, it’s yummy and full of healthy goodness!

      Haha…yes, it’s important to prepare your body per-cleanse, but if you didn’t that’s ok too. You may just experience more withdrawals. Hang in there!
