Game, set, match!

We had a lovely May long weekend (or “May 2-4” as us Ontarians like to call it).  Ahhh the kick off to summer! We went to see Iron Man 3D where I think I OD’d on popcorn, had a nice campfire with some great friends and since the gym was closed on the holiday Monday we decided to head outdoors to play some tennis!photo 1

Its been a while and I was pretty rusty. I forgot how hard you have to swing to whack that ball! The next day I was feelin’ it; I worked muscles I didn’t think existed. This is a good thing though as it is important to switch up your workout routine so you keep your muscles guessing and don’t plateau.photo 2When you play with me though be prepared to riffle through the bushes for a ball that I whacked over the fence 🙂

    hey! Sounds like a great May 2-4 lol. I like to hike although I haven’t hit the trails in a while! My hand-eye coordination sucks unfortunately lol. Side note…i saw Iron Man 3d as well and loved it!

      Haha! Mine isn’t so great either. We just whacked the ball around and ran after it a lot but it was a good workout 🙂 We liked Iron Man too, Robert Downey Jr. is hilarious 😉

        Yes, he’s the perfect Iron Man! And I suppose you’re right! Whacking the ball around (or trying to, in my case) is still a good workout 😛

          He sure is! I love hiking around here too, just have to wait for the bears to clear out!
