You can do it put your back into it!

How are you all doing with the workouts? I have two more posts; this one is all about back baby!  Why is it important to have a strong back? It will help you build a strong foundation and assist you with lifting the heaviest weight possible. It is VERY important to practice good form because a back injury can really put you out of commission for a while.
Back picDay 6 – Back

One-Arm Dumbbell Row
Bent Over Two Dumbbell Row
Wide Grip Pulldown
Barbell Deadlift
Bent Over Reverse Grip Row
Good Mornings

Again, keeping with the same set and reps as in my first post on Day 1. Every 4 weeks, add more weight but make sure you keep good form!
