Maybe it’s genetics, maybe I’m just not pushing myself hard enough but I can’t seem to get rid of that pesky bit of arm jiggle. I’ve really noticed a difference with my biceps and triceps lately but man, that underarm flab has got to go!! Must. work. harder.
This is the last day of my workout routines that I was sharing with you. Today it is triceps and biceps baby! Arm day is definitely my favorite; there’s something about lifting weights and watching your muscles work as you do it. It really builds up your confidence! This workout will give you more muscle definition and sculpt those sexy arms.
