It’s been all the craze lately…overnight oats, and I’ve been meaning to try them. I finally got around to it and I wish I did sooner! I found this recipe from a fellow blogger and I have to say it was super delish. I’m all over anything quick and easy in the morning. So whip this up before you go to bed and wake up to glorious oat-y goodness!! Don’t be scared by the avocado, it really adds a creaminess to it.
Easy Overnight Oats
1/2 banana
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup of dry oats (I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free)
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of soy yogurt
1 Tbsp of PB2 (you could use all natural peanut butter)
1/2 Tbsp of premium unsweetened cocoa
1 packet of Stevia
Mash the banana and avocado, stir in the remaining ingredients, store in an airtight container overnight, and wake up to a yummy, healthy breakfast!!! There is NO cooking involved, the oats are softened overnight by the milk and yogurt. This is gluten-free and dairy-free 🙂
