In honour of St. Patrick’s Day, I thought I make a tasty green “treat”. This honestly tastes too good to be true and would curb any chocolate/mint cravings you might have. I originally got the idea from this recipe, but changed it up a bit. Check it out and blend something up green today!
Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie
50g frozen banana (about half a banana)
2 cups of spinach
¾ cup of almond milk
2.5 oz of soy yogurt (about ¼ cup)
½ cup of water
½ scoop of vanilla protein powder (chocolate would be good too!)
1 Tbsp of premium unsweetened cocoa
1 stevia packet
1 drop of mint extract (one tiny drop is all you need!)
2-3 ice cubes
You know the drill…combine all ingredients in a blender and liquify!
