Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

I know spring is almost here, but who says you can’t have pumpkin year round?!? Whenever fall rolls around I become obsessed with pumpkin…pumpkin spice, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin muffins…anything pumpkin!  I used to make these smoothies a lot. I woke up this morning craving it so, I thought I’d share it with you all:

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

1/2 cup 100% canned pumpkin (Not the pie filling! Make sure there is no sugar added)
60g banana (about 1/3 cup)
65g almond yogurt (about 1/3 cup)
3/4 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp of Stevia

You know the drill…blend it all up…sip…enjoy!  It’s so good and keeps me feeling full until snack time 🙂
