March “Ab”-ness!

I know cheesy subject line, but I have been noticing this fitness challenge going around for March and thought you all might like to join me! I know “abs are made in the kitchen” but we should always be working on those core muscles (even if they sometimes take a bit longer to show up!) This is a great add-on to your existing workout.

Today is already March 3rd, so you know what that means? Better get crunching! Who’s with me?!

    Hmm.. just reading this now… I’m thinking of starting March 1 on your calendar today…. great suggestion!
